Our quote includes the use of the storage room, a 250€/m² multirisk insurance policy, utility charges (if applicable), maintenance costs and free use of our trolleys and pallet lifters. There is no property tax (IBI) to pay. You will require a cylinder lock to secure your room. A refundable security deposit equal to one months payment less IVA (VAT) must be paid in addition to the first months rent when you rent the room. Your deposit will be returned to you once you have vacated the room.
